Methodist class attends Temple Sinai for Interfaith Weekend

Members of the confirmation class at La Cañada United Methodist Church visited Temple Sinai of Glendale during its Interfaith Weekend this month. The class also attended services at Masjid Al Tawa in Altadena, St. Bede the Venerable Catholic Church and Holman United Methodist Church in Los Angeles.

This Sunday, Pastor Elaine Cho’s sermon for the 10:30 a.m. worship service is titled “Two Gardens and Two Different Men.” In it she will compare Adam in the Garden of Eden with Jesus in the garden of the olive trees.

Child care and Sunday school for children are offered during worship. Dr. Joel Green leads adult Sunday school at 9 a.m.
