Presbyterians host Advent celebration

The La Cañada Presbyterian Church will ring in the holiday season next week.

The church’s Parent Education Program will host an Advent celebration and Christmas pageant on Wednesday, Dec. 4 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the church’s sanctuary.

Activities include the lighting of the Advent wreath, cookie decorating, and a live nativity scene.

The event is free. For more information, call (818) 790-6708, Ext. 205. The church is located at 626 Foothill Blvd.
