Right-hander Carlos Carrasco was put on the 10-day disabled list Sunday by the Cleveland Indians because of a bruised right elbow.
Carrasco was struck by Joe Mauer’s line drive in the second inning of Cleveland’s 9-3 loss to the Minnesota Twins on Saturday.
Carrasco is 8-5 with a 4.24 earned-run average in 15 starts.
