Advancing to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA tournament can make you do crazy things.

Take Iowa State Coach Fred Hoiberg as an example. Check out his celebratory dance (above) in the locker room Sunday after the Cyclones knocked off North Carolina, 85-83.

Uh, yeah. Don’t know exactly what that dance is called. We’ll just call it “The Mayor,” after the guy who looks like he’s pretty much making it up as he goes along.

Obviously Hoiberg has reason to be happy and to celebrate. But he also realized just how his teenage children might feel about Pops kicking up his heels on national TV and actually tweeted an apology to his daughter, Paige.

Turns out she didn’t mind at all.

In fact, she even changed her Twitter handle to reflect the name of a remix of her father’s dance that is already on YouTube.

Hoiberg’s son Jack was a bit more critical.

My dad might have the worst dance moves of all time.— Jack Hoiberg (@JackHoiberg) March 24, 2014
