National signing day: UCLA lands defensive end Kylie Fitts
Kylie Fitts, a defensive end USC lost, has signed a letter of intent to play at UCLA.
The Bruins also landed linebacker Deon Hollins Jr. and offensive lineman Kenny Lacy.
Fitts is ranked ninth at his position by Rivals.com and 12thby Scout.com. He originally committed to USC, but announced Tuesday that he would go to UCLA.
Hollins, a linebacker from Missouri City (Tex.) Marshall High School, played on the defensive line, with his hand on the ground, in high school. But he is projected to be an outside linebacker who can pressure quarterbacks.
Lacy is a 6-foot-6, 270-pound offensive lineman from Phoenix Mountain Pointe High School. He is one of seven offensive linemen who gave oral commitments to UCLA.
