You can fly to Singapore, an economic powerhouse that’s both a financial center and a shopping mecca, for $515 round trip, including all taxes and fees, on United.

The fare, subject to availability, is for travel March 5 through June 9. Note that this a regular economy fare, not the more restrictive basic economy, which often does not allow the use of overheads or offer early seat selection at the time of booking.

Singapore is a busy port city that found its financial footing starting in the early 1960s. It has a huge financial district, and it also has developed tourist attractions to encourage business executives and their families to linger longer.
