Chargers make more roster moves

The Chargers signed linebacker Everette Brown to a two-year contract Monday and released defensive end Ogemdi Nwagbuo.

The 6-1, 256-pound Brown was a second-round pick by Carolina in the 2009 NFL Draft. The Panthers released Brown on Sept. 4. He played 28 games in two seasons for Carolina, making 47 tackles and six sacks.

San Diego also signed receiver Bryan Walters to the practice squad after releasing him Monday.
