Full Moon Pier Walk
■ Birch Aquarium naturalists will take participants onto the research pier normally closed to the public to teach about the history of Scripps Oceanography and current research projects, collect plankton, perform experiments — all under the moon light, 7-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 30 and Thursday, July 1 (next sessions July 30 and Aug. 1).
