Letters to the Editor: Casino Night a sure bet for those seeking fun, food and fabulous prizes

Unfortunately, too many La Cañada residents are unaware of a hidden little gem in their midst: our own nonprofit La Cañada Flintridge Community Center nestled away at 4469 Chevy Chase Drive, in the heart of our special neighborhood.

The upcoming opening event of Fiesta Days, the May 26 Casino Night at the Community Center, will give us all a chance to remedy any lack of awareness. Don’t miss Casino Night, a fun-filled evening of mock gaming with food, drink, a seriously competitive poker tournament and truly fabulous prizes! Proceeds from this event support the Community Center’s many programs and classes for residents from 2 to 102. This is a wonderful opportunity to give much needed financial aid to the center while also having a great time with friends. And remember: What happens at Casino Night stays at Casino Night.
