Editor’s note: Changes at the Valley Sun

As of April 1, readers of the La Cañada Valley Sun will begin receiving a second edition of the paper. You asked, and we listened: Locals want more La Cañada news in the Sunday paper, not just Thursday. Starting next month, you’ll get it, with more city-specific coverage in both editions.

We will continue to provide area news, sports and opinion at LaCanadaOnline.com, providing readers with news, insight and opinion throughout the week. At the same time, we are expanding our online coverage to include more calendar listings, society and faith columns than ever before. Our breaking-news blog, The818Now.com, will receive an upgrade, providing local residents with a timely and impactful understanding of the region in which we live.

Finally, look for our sports coverage to get a digital boost, providing even greater up-to-date information about the local teams you care about.
