An April 5 article about local students who won awards at the Los Angeles County Science Fair last weekend misstated the relationship of award winners Christopher and Zack Sercel and misstated Zack Sercel’s school affiliation.

Christopher and Zack are cousins.

Zack Sercel is home-schooled under the auspices of St. Bede the Venerable Elementary School.
