Reminded of an exceptional town

Thank you for the coverage of the 2012 Les Tupper Community Service Awards, and the background information on Les Tupper (“Les Tupper is a man worth remembering,” Carol Cormaci’s Piece of Mind column, May 17).

We all know our town is unique for its family/personal involvement, but it’s nice to be reminded that our roots run deep. Individuals help to define a community, and we have one exceptional community. Thank you for your part in bonding us all.
