Jessen Drive and Foothill work to continue into November

Primary construction on the Jessen Drive Bridge and approaching roadways is complete and estimates are that final construction on the project will end in the first week of November, according to city Public Works staff.
Work currently taking place on Foothill Boulevard at Verdugo Boulevard is a Southern California Edison infrastructure upgrade project, and does not have a set completion date but must be finished before a moratorium expires in November.
