The 2012 La Cañada High School Homecoming Court enjoyed a regal introduction at halftime of La Cañada’s home football game Friday night against South Pasadena.

The Homecoming celebration began with a 3 p.m. parade along Foothill Boulevard that featured floats created by each class. Cruising down the boulevard were a variety of trucks and cars converted into Halloween-appropriate floats such as the “Senior Skellingston” and “Ghostly Juniors.”

The Class of 2013 was followed by the Spartan football team and cheerleading squads, each seated on trucks from county Fire Station 82 and escorted by sheriff’s patrol cars.
