La Cañada Flintridge Community Center Preschool welcomed dads

The La Cañada Flintridge Community Center Preschool held its annual Father's Saturday Morning at the preschool on Chevy Chase Drive last weekend.

Students and their fathers were invited to spend the morning together, exploring their classroom and making special crafts. They made neckties, practiced “shaving,” made necklaces out of cereal, played with Play-Doh, dinosaurs and blocks, and dug in the sand together.

The school offers a half-day program for children ages 3 to 5. Registration is currently open for the 2013-2014 school year. School tours are offered by appointment only. To schedule a tour of the school, contact Danielle Caputo, school director, at (818) 790-8687.
