Dinners from the Heart to return

The 24th annual Dinners From the Heart fundraiser for Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services will be held Feb 24 to 26 at more than 30 area restaurants.

During the event, community members enjoy meals while raising money to help fund Hathaway-Sycamores’ therapeutic and other support services for children and families struggling with mental-health issues and other challenges.

Dinners range from $75 to $175 per person and include a complimentary bottle of wine for each party of two, along with table favors. This year’s event also features several private dinners where groups of 10 to 30 people can dine with a special guest. These include: Feb. 24 at Claud & Co. Eatery with special guests Randy Pura, Ventana Vineyards, and Chef Claud Beltran; Feb. 25 at RedWhite+Bluezz with a special Pasadena Playhouse guest; Feb. 25 at Vertical Wine Bistro with special guest Ryan Carr, Carr Vineyards & Winery; Feb. 26 at Café Pinot with special guests Aaron Takahashi, theatre, film and television actor along with playwright Paul Kikuchi; Feb. 26 at Arroyo Chop House with special guest Sam Farmer, Los Angeles Times’ NFL beat writer; and Feb. 26 at Stoney Point with special guest Lian Dolan, writer, producer and broadcaster.
