LCHS Marching band gets in step for the school year

Immediately after completing band camp at Cal Poly Pomona — an annual tradition to bring freshman performers into step while promoting camaraderie — members of the La Cañada High School Marching Band performed a season-preview field show on Aug. 15 at their campus on Oak Grove Drive.

First, the band enjoyed an In-N-Out burger meal, then took to the field to demonstrate the skills it has so far mastered in music and movement, cheered on by friends and family members. The La Cañada High music director is Jason Stone.
