BOYS’ SOCCER

La Canada 2, Lakeside 0: Armand Bagramyan scored both goals for the Spartans (5-0-1) on Thursday in an Ayala Tournament match.

Chadwick 3, Flintridge Prep 0: The Rebels surrendered one goal in the first half and two in the second in falling in the Prep League season opener on the road Dec. 19. Flintridge Prep fell to 2-6-1.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

Sierra Canyon 58, Flintridge Prep 51: Kareem Ismail had 19 points Thursday for the visiting Rebels (4-3) in a nonleague game. Jedrick Eugenio had 12 points for Flintridge Prep.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 51, Viewpoint 27: Tala Ismail finished with a game-high 22 points and Katherine Bogaard added seven on Dec. 19 to lead the host Rebels in a nonleague contest.

GIRLS’ WATER POLO

Webb 14, Flintridge Prep 4: Hayley Dennis finished with two goals Dec. 18 for the host Rebels in a Prep league match. Erin Dennis and Chelsea Rapaport scored one goal apiece for Flintridge Prep (1-7, 1-4 in league).
