SPORTS ROUNDUP: Rebels roll past Knights

BOYS’ WATER POLO

Flintridge Prep 9, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 3: The Rebels (12-7) picked up a nonleague victory at Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks Park on Tuesday behind two-goal performances from Diego Delgado, John Treinin and Ethan Vandeventer.

Delgado and Vandeventer also finished with four and five steals, respectively, while Brian Khin had six blocks in the cage for Prep.

GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 3, Alemany 0: The Tologs cruised to a 25-13, 25-11, 25-14 Mission League sweep on the road Tuesday.

Katie Conley had 10 kills and Emily Develle added 10 digs for Sacred Heart, which won its third straight in league.

Viewpoint 3, Flintridge Prep 0: The Rebels were swept in nonleague play, 25-16, 25-17, 25-20 on Tuesday to fall to 3-11.

Daniella Motte and Lauren Stiles had eight kills each.

GIRLS’ TENNIS

Harvard-Westlake 16, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 2: Camille Katz and Lara Sarkisian each won a singles set Tuesday for the visiting Tologs in a Mission League match at L.A. Valley College.

Katz won, 6-2, and Sarkisian picked up a 7-6 (7-4) win. The Tologs dropped to 4-7, 3-4 in league.

La Cañada 12, Temple City 6: Doubles carried the Spartans to another Rio Hondo League victory over the Rams Monday, as Emily Swanson and Serena Zheng and Claire Huh and Sharyse Watanabe all swept in doubles play. La Cañada (8-5, 4-2 in league) also had Sawa Keymuelen win both her singles sets before being subbed out and Emily Matuska win two of three sets.
