La Cañada Kiwanis and student clubs raise funds

Members of the Kiwanis Club of La Cañada and La Cañada High School students who are members of the Key and Builders clubs, together raised money last weekend to support eliminating maternal and neonatal tetanus, which kills thousands of babies every year in poor countries.

The funds will support the Kiwanis Eliminate Program, which is an international effort to reduce deaths caused by the disease.
