Casino night fundraiser planned for center

A casino night is planned for 7-11 p.m. July 17 to raise funds for the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge, 4469 Chevy Chase Drive.

The event will include a taco truck, beverages and desserts, a silent auction and prizes for guests. Attendees will also have a chance to participate in a poker tournament and other classic casino games as part of the evening.

“It’s going to be a fun and exciting night for the center, for our community, and for all of our supporters,” said Kelly Armaly, vice president of the board of directors. Tickets for the event are $50 per person and are available in person at the Community Center, by phone at (818) 790-4353, or online at https://www.cclcf.org. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

The Community Center raises most of its funding through programs serving all ages, from toddlers to senior citizens. Proceeds from the Casino Night will go toward improving and expanding the center’s programs.
