Trick or Treat on Foothill Boulevard — 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29. Merchants of La Cañada will be opening their doors for kids; the Crescenta Cañada YMCA will also be handing out treats. The LCF shuttle bus will be available to transport parents and their children to participating merchants. Take the shuttle or walk along Foothill in La Cañada. Look for a black skull "Trick or Treat" flag to determine which merchants will be welcoming trick-or-treaters.
