Showcase House past presidents feted

Twenty-three of the 62 past presidents of Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts were honored for their leadership during the organization’s general meeting held at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles in early October.

Those honored at the meeting were: Rary Simmons, Weta Mathies, Ginny Cushman, Charlene Liebau, Patty Simpson, Molly Siefert, Paddy Grant, Linda Cantwell, Susi McConaghy, Brenda Owen, Linda Seiter, Betty Rossiter, Mona Mapel, Fran Biles, Kay Quinn, Suzanne Sposato, Vicki McCluggage, Doris Christy, Jennifer Johnson, Gretchen McNally, Joy Sullivan, Denise Menik and Marti Farley. At the conclusion of the ceremony, each president was presented with a long-stemmed red rose.

“We have a very rich history and these women were at the forefront of the enrichments to our organization, said Beverly Marksbury, president of the organization.
