“Christmas Cantata” at LC Methodist

The Sunday 10:30 a.m. worship service at La Cañada United Methodist Church celebrates Christmas with special music. The bell choir and sanctuary choir will perform a “Christmas Cantata.” Pastor Elaine Cho continues her study of Luke 1:26-38, with “Nearsightedness II: Favor, Obedience and Birth.”

Adult Sunday school with Dr. Joel Green studies events before Jesus’ birth at 9 a.m. Sunday school for younger children is during the worship service. At noon, older children and youth have lunch and practice their musical, “The Little Shepherd of Bethlehem.” It will be performed on Christmas eve at 7 p.m. Newcomers are welcome to join the cast.
