Cynthia Bennett Reopens Interior Design Department

Cynthia Bennett and Associates, Inc. has reopened its full service interior design division.

The company, originally established in 1981 as a Kitchen Design specialty firm, has been designing and building beautiful and functional kitchens, baths and additions -- all areas of residential design including custom homes, for 25 years. Almost a trade name, “A Cynthia Bennett Kitchen” has become synonymous with quality, creativity and function.

The focus of this company has been the unique Southern California indoor-outdoor lifestyle that dictates the design of residential space with easy access to garden and patio areas. Headed by Bennett and a team of talented architects, designers and subcontractors, the firm oversees the entire design and building process, including all color and material selections, lighting, plumbing and landscaping, and completes the project on a prearranged time schedule. Their projects are known for the flawlessness of the “seam” between old and new, whether it be Tudor, Spanish Colonial, Craftsman or California Ranch.

The reopening of the “full service” Interior Design division in August of this year supplements the creativity that Cynthia Bennett and Associates, Inc. has been offering for the past 25 years.

Dennis Rosas, formally of Walker Zanger, will head this department. He brings nine years of experience in interior design consulting and showcase houses all over the United States to the specification of furniture, draperies, fabrics, floor coverings and all interior surfaces and accessories.
