Huntington Hospital has added a new member and one returning member to its board of directors, Suzanne Crowell, former mayor of San Marino and John C. Siciliano, president and CEO of BKF Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE:BKF), respectively.

Crowell is currently a City of San Marino legislative liaison and has been an active lobbyist in both Sacramento and Washington DC.

“Suzy’s presence and extensive municipal experience will be a tremendous addition to our board,” said Stephen A. Ralph, Huntington’s president and CEO.

Crowell served as vice mayor of San Marino from 1988-1990 and became the city’s mayor for a two-year term in 1990.

In addition to her work for the City of San Marino, Crowell served as vice president of the Billy Graham Crusade of Pasadena in 2004, and was a member of the Marlborough Centennial Committee and Alumnae Council. A longtime member of the Pasadena Guild of Childrens Hospital, she also served on the Advisory Committee of the Old Mill for ten years and has been a member of four PTA councils.

The recipient of many awards, Crowell was named a Distinguished Citizen by the San Gabriel Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America in 2002, Citizen of the Year by the San Marino Republican Club in 1993 and California Senate Woman of the Year in 1991.

Crowell attended the University of Southern California, the Art Center School of Los Angeles and Otis Art Institute. She has two sons and four grandchildren and currently resides in San Marino.

Siciliano, former chairman of the Huntington board’s investment committee, returns to the board after a one-year absence.
