Installation Luncheon Held by Las Candelas

The Las Candelas installation meeting and luncheon was held recently at the home of Doris Boyer. The installation was conducted by Debbie Hinckley, a past president of Las Candelas.

Among those being installed were President Cathy Keen and First Vice-President Karen Whyte, benefit chairman for 2007.

This year’s Life Membership award was presented to Carole De Paul, a longtime member who has held every office in Las Candelas and continues to give volunteer service to the organization. Membership Chairman Diane Johnson presented her with the award.

Four provisionals were introduced. They are Nancy Stone, Ellyn Semler, Monica Sierra and Marcia Lytle. Each new member was presented with a rose as they were welcomed into the Las Candelas membership.
