Pasadena City College Offers ‘Theater in London’

PASADENA — Be part of Pasadena City College’s successful Theater in London program by spending spring in the birthplace of Shakespeare from April 13-22.

Participants will experience London at its finest, spend eight days at the Thistle Bloomsbury Hotel, within blocks of the famous West End Theatre District, see five plays, visit Leeds Castle, Canterbury and receive a guided tour of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Transportation passes for London’s buses and Underground are included along with round-trip transportation from Los Angeles to London’s Heathrow Airport. Free time will be provided to explore London, visit museums and shop. The Tower of London with its Crown Jewels, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Hyde Park also await travelers.

The 10-day program, sponsored by the Pasadena City College Extended Learning, is offered for $2,629 (based on double occupancy). A single supplement fee of $890 is available for those wanting private rooms.
