La Cañada United Methodist Church Introduces Bassist Nate Light

La Cañada United Methodist Church has recently added to its 10:30 a.m. worship band bassist Nate Light.
Light is among a rank of few bass players equally adept at both the acoustic upright bass and the electric bass guitar.
Light currently freelances throughout the greater Los Angeles area. He has performed with the Fenians, Danny Dean & the Homewreckers, Rich Little, Joel Gray, Das Klown, Hed P.E. and Jack Maness (formerly of Sublime & the Long Beach Dub All Stars).
Light attended the University of Miami School of Music on a full tuition scholarship. He received his bachelor of music degree with a double major in classical performance and jazz studies in 2005.
La Cañada United Methodist Church is located at 104 Berkshire Place in La Cañada.
