The following crime reports for La Cañada Flintridge were taken by the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station.

2100 block of Foothill Blvd., Donald David, 39, of South Pasadena was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. After investigating deputies also found credit cards issued in another name and found that David was a wanted parole violator.

Saturday, July 14

4900 block of Oakwood Ave., someone entered a home and stole cash.

Friday, July 13

500 block of Knight Way, someone entered a residence and stole a digital camera and damaged an alarm control panel. The residence was also ransacked.

Thursday, July 12

900 block of Wiladonda Drive, a woman reported that her wedding ring was stolen from her home.

1200 block of Inverness St., someone broke the glass on a locked door and entered a home while the residents were inside. Both residents reported hearing footsteps however neither saw the suspect. They believe the suspect left by the back door as the residents were investigating the front of the home.

Wednesday, July 11

200 block of Foothill Blvd., someone smashed the driver’s side rear window of a locked vehicle and stole a purse.

400 Palmerstone Drive, someone unknown stole four Queen Palm trees while the resident was on vacation.

Monday, July 9

300 San Juan Way, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a briefcase with miscellaneous items including a checkbook and cds.
