Services Planned for Jan Minnick Pauley

Jan Minnick Pauley of Irvine, born Oct. 27, 1927 in Indiana, passed away on July 9 in La Cañada Flintridge.

Jan will be remembered for her warmth, generosity and adventurous sense of fun. She was admired for her positive outlook on life as well as her calm acceptance of life’s adversities.

She was a “people collector” with a unique ability to connect with others. Jan was deeply interested in the world around her — experiencing it through travel, her many activities and especially the friends and family she loved.

Jan is survived by her son, Tyler Pauley; daughter, Elysa Del Guercio (Stephen); grandsons Chris Del Guercio and Jordan Del Guercio; granddaughter Camaryn Del Guercio; sister-in-law Dana House (Robert); nephew Gregory Snodgrass (Kathleen); niece Kristin Snodgrass; and great-nephews William Snodgrass and Peter Snodgrass. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Richard H. Pauley.

The memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at Pacific View Memorial Chapel, 3500 Pacific View Dr., Corona Del Mar.
