Pet of the Week:'Oso'

Oso, a 5-year-old Samoyed dog, is ready for adoption at the Pasadena Humane Society and SPCA.

This big, but gentle guy, is absolutely stunning. He is very well behaved and enjoys the outdoors. Oso has been neutered and appears housebroken.

The regular dog adoption fee is $85, which includes medical care prior to adoption, spaying or neutering, vaccinations and a follow-up visit at participating vets.

Oso qualifies for the Humane Society's Seniors for Seniors program, where people over the age of 60 may adopt him, or any of the available pets 5 years of age or older, for free.

Call (626) 792-7151 and ask for A215586 or visit the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA, at 361 S. Raymond Ave. in Pasadena.

Adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Directions and photos of all pets, can be found at www.phsspca.org.
