LCHS grad receives masters

Jennifer Breckheimer, a 2001 graduate of La Cañada High School, has received her masters degree in public policy from the University of Southern California.

Before beginning her employment in Washington, D.C., working for Deloite as a public sector consultant, Breckheimer will visit China to work on a waste water management project with a USC professor and several students for the city of Guangzhou. Her trip abroad will include time in Hong Kong, India, Dubai and France.

Resident receives bachelors

Claudia Andrea Paz of La Cañada was awarded a bachelor of arts degree in history from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, during commencement ceremonies hels at the school on May 24. Bowdoin is 25 miles north of Portland, Maine.
