Prep picks up a win against FSHA

Having No. 1 singles player Kira Lee on board can go a long way in achieving success.

Lee swept her three sets to help Flintridge Prep pick up a 10-8 nonleague win against Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy on Wednesday afternoon at Fremont Tennis Center.

Lee, a sophomore who went 49-3 en route to being named the Prep League’s co-Player of the Year last season, lost only one game Wednesday to help the Rebels improve to 4-0. Flintridge Prep captured seven singles sets

Tologs have solid outing at Gahr

A good outing for the TOlogs in the Gahr Tournament as Sacred Heart defeated Gahr, South Hills and Torrance in straight sets.

The Tologs are 4-1 on the season already and looked to improve against No. 5 seed in Division I-AA Long Beach Poly late Wednesday, too late to report.
