Dean’s List with distinction for local

DeDe Mann, a 2009 graduate of La Cañada High School, has been awarded the Dean’s List with Distinction honor (GPA of 3.925 and above) for the Fall 2009 semester at Duke University in Durham, N.C.

This honor places Mann in the top 7% of the freshman class in the Trinity College of Arts and Sciences and in the top 10% of all undergraduate students.

Mann is a member of the marching band, pep band, Chi Omega sorority, Alpha Phi Omega co-ed community service fraternity and Women’s Mentoring Network. She also volunteers at Duke University Hospital in the pediatric bone marrow transplant ward.
