Bear struck by car on Foothill Boulevard

A bear was struck by a car in La Canada Flintidge early Sunday morning.

No one was hurt and the bear left on its own, according to the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. near the corner of Foothill and Crown Avenue, according to the sheriff’s department.
