LCHS students attend conference in China

La Cañada High School students Caitlyn Seo and Mena Hanna traveled to China last month to attend an international education conference.

The students were joined by English teacher Ben Powers, Jet Propulsion Laboratory scientist Benyang Tang and Lindi Dreibelbis, the school district's director of assessment.

La Cañada High School was the only school in America to send representatives to the International Young Pioneers Round Table Conference on Education, which was held at Shenzhen Middle School. The students attended lectures and discussions for three days. La Cañada High School was invited to attend the conference.
