Residential burglary: 5600 block of Bramblewood Road, between 3:30 and 5:25 p.m. Samsung 55-inch television worth $1,550 stolen from home.
May 24
Auto burglary: 1919 Verdugo Blvd., between 7 and 10 p.m. Driver and passenger side-view mirrors stolen from car, door control panels torn out.
Grand theft: 5700 block of Catherwood Drive. An iPod Nano, laptop computer, subwoofer and HP Touch pad were stolen from a home during a party.
La Crescenta
June 3
Receiving stolen property: 3100 block of El Caminito Street, 11:04 a.m. A 32-year-old Tujunga man on probation who possessed a key to a stolen vehicle was arrested. The vehicle was located on the street where he was arrested and returned to the owner.
May 29
Petty theft: 2800 block of Altura Avenue, between 8 and 9 p.m. Two purses containing a wallet, checkbook, $440 in cash, an iPhone, a pre-paid phone and other items stolen from unlocked vehicle. Some of the items, including the iPhone, credit cards, one of the purses and a driver’s license were recovered. The cash and miscellaneous items valued at $400 were not found.
May 28
Residential burglary: 5100 block of Glenwood Avenue, between 9 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Black Gateway laptop computer stolen from unlocked garage.
Montrose
May 28
Auto vandalism: 2300 block of Montrose Avenue, 9 p.m. Resident found dents on her car.
