In the June 27 article, “City cuts some checks,” it was incorrectly stated that the Lanterman House Historical Museum Foundation requested $93,400 from the City Council during its annual budget hearings last month, but received only $42,225. In fact, the museum foundation received all $93,400 it sought, but $51,175 of those funds were placed under a separate category in the city budget, for salary support at the facility. The remaining funds are earmarked for museum operations.
