Midday La Cañada School Board candidate’s forum scheduled at Descanso Gardens

A midday candidate’s forum for the upcoming Nov. 5 La Cañada school board election will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30 in Van de Kamp Hall in Descanso Gardens.

The forum is open to the public; those who would like to eat lunch during the event will be charged $15; others will be admitted at no charge. A reservation is required and can be made by contacting Mary Gant at (818) 790-9901.

The event is co-sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of La Cañada and the La Cañada PTA Council.
