Megan Nordvedt will be missed

I was greatly saddened to learn that Megan Nordvedt will no longer be working at the Community Center. It was quite a surprise since she has been a well-known fixture there for the past 12 years, and the last four as director of the center.

Megan has put her entire energy into making the center be the best it can be by offering a wide range of classes for youngsters through seniors. Take a walk through the center on any given day and you will find yoga classes, watercolor classes, cooking classes for children, ceramics classes for all ages and square dancing classes. Her ability to get the community engaged in various events is noticeable in community events ranging from the Thanksgiving Run to the Casino Night, Fall Fiesta, Chamber Mixer and Ceramics Sale, to name just a few.

She will be sorely missed by all who know her at the Community Center.
