Sad to see Megan Nordvedt leave

We are sad that Megan Nordvedt, the executive director of the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge, is leaving the center. When our bridge group was looking for another location to have our weekly bridge session, she was more than helpful in accommodating us to play at the Center on Thursdays.

Through her efforts, and those of her staff, our weekly sessions were such a success that we were able to play not only on Thursdays, but also on Mondays. Whenever our senior group asked anything of her, she always found a way to say yes.

We will miss her cheerfulness and her smile and wish her the best in all of her future endeavors. Someone once said that when one door closes, another door opens. We know that whatever door Megan chooses to enter in this new chapter of her life, she will be a success.
