Parking structure is still the problem

Re: the La Cañada Flintridge Town Center overhaul. No matter how well-intentioned IDS Real Estate is, unless and until they address the 800-pound gorilla that is the existing parking structure, with their new signage and fountain they’re still just putting lipstick on a pig.
