Missionary to speak on Africa

A man who has spent the past two years in Africa will share his experiences at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in La Cañada Flintridge on Sunday.

Elder Jeff Facer was teaching and helping people in Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan and Ethiopia as part of a mission for the church. The public event will begin at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the church.

The church is located at 1830 Foothill Blvd.
