Neighbors, mind your litter

I’ve lived in La Cañada for more than 21 years of my life. I cannot have neighbors chastising me for leaving a garage sale sign two days past the sale when, meanwhile, I walk past litter piled up on the ground daily and nothing is done about it. We live in La Cañada, not a trash dump. This is unacceptable.
