Local students help build a house
Nineteen students from La Cañada Flintridge traveled to Tutwiler, Miss. to build a house for Habitat for Humanity.
Seven adults also attended the Oct. 12 trip. While in town, La Cañada residents Malcolm Wehrle, Mason Gilmour, Matthew Gilmour and Claire Colburn performed at the Ground Zero Blues Club.
The La Cañada Presbyterian Church has been sending groups to build houses for the organization for many years.
