La Cañada Congregational hosting Easter service

At 10 a.m. Sunday, April 20, there will be a service of public worship celebrating Easter Sunday at La Cañada Congregational Church, 1200 Foothill Blvd.

The Rev. Skip Lindeman will lead the service and deliver the morning message on the topic, “He is Risen!” Visitors are welcome and invited to stay for the coffee hour immediately following the service, plus a traditional Easter egg hunt, which the church has for the young people every Easter.

Organist Joe Klice will provide special music for the morning, and the Chancel Choir, directed by Dr. Harold Daugherty, will sing the anthem, “I Will Exalt You, O God,” by Walter Pelz.
