Eggs were found in the creek near what seems to be an altar with offerings and lit candles about two miles into the Gabrielino Trail, next to the Arroyo Seco in the Angeles National Forest north of Altadena, on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017. Broken egg shells were also found on the edge of the creek where eggs had been smashed against large rocks.
