The La Cañada Educational Foundation’s annual Spring Gala last weekend raised more than $500,000 for the city’s public schools. More than 700 people came out to the 24th annual event, held Saturday at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, with some dressed to fit the James Bond-style “For Your Eyes Only” theme.
