Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 2, La Cañada 0: Hillary Howard scored two goals to ignite host Flintridge Sacred Heart (5-1) to a nonleague win Friday at Occidental College.

La Cañada 3, Pasadena Poly 2: Host La Cañada overcame a 2-0 deficit to register a nonleague win Thursday.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

St Francis 75, St Genevieve 46: Andre Henry tallied 17 points Friday to propel visiting St. Francis to a nonleague victory.

The Golden Knights (12-4) received 12 points from Jake Goldberg and 11 from Kai Glassen.

Flintridge Prep 51, Duarte 33: Flintridge Prep (2-4) recorded a nonleague home win Friday.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Flintridge Prep 81, Westridge 21: Flintridge Prep began Prep League play Friday with a home victory.

The Rebels (8-2) received 16 points apiece from Ashley Chea and Sofia Gonzalez.

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 57, Alhambra 23: Sophia Herredia scored 13 points and Manami Hayashi added 11 on Friday to lead Flintridge Sacred Heart (6-8) in a pool-play game of the Pasadena Poly Tournament.

Holy Martyrs 41, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 35: The Tologs dropped a pool-play contest in the Pasadena Poly Tournament on Thursday.

Jenna De Vera finished with 13 points for Flintridge Sacred Heart.

BOYS’ SOCCER

Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 1, St. Francis 0: St. Francis started Mission League play Friday with a home loss.

St. Francis fell to 5-1-1.

La Cañada 3, Oaks Christian 3: The Spartans tied in a nonleague match at home Wednesday.

La Cañada senior Marcus Chmielewski scored twice to tie it at 2 early in the second half, before Oaks Christian took a one-goal lead in the 58th minute. Spartans senior JP Crispi squared the equalizer in the 65th minute.

St. Francis 3, West Ranch 0: Host St. Francis (5-0-1) registered a nonleague victory Wednesday.

WRESTLING

La Cañada in Rim of the World Tournament: Sophomore 126-pound wrestler Alex Mykalo finished first in his weight class, as La Cañada finished sixth in Saturday’s event.

Upperweight senior Ken Kim finished second in his weight class and Spartans senior David Martoff placed third in the upperweight division. Sophomore Cameron Fernando came in third in his 106-pound bout.
